Nationwide offers baggage handling services to the cruise shipping industry in Australia. Our company has extensive knowledge and experience in all baggage handling operations.
We provide trained baggage handling staff as required to service the vessel and to meet embark, debark and arrival and departure times as set by the ship.
We coordinate baggage handling requirements in conjunction with the allocated shipping agent, the ship & with the Wharf Side Operations.
We ensure that baggage handling staff that are allocated to positions that require them to access cleared zones, land restricted zones and/or the vessel will hold a current Maritime Security Identification Card.

We communicate and provide advice for the operational requirements and options for all vessel requirements and for the general services required for the vessels. e.g. Border Force, DAFF, ship’s agents, contractors, suppliers, transport companies, equipment hire companies, ships staff, and service providers.

Nationwide’s Maritime Security Guards (MSG’s) know the industry and the legislation MTOFSA. Our guards are fully compliant and vigorously trained in all facets of Maritime Security to ensure we deliver the port facility or waterfront operations the best service possible.
Our core maritime security duties are:

+ Maintain the designated Cleared Zones and Land Restricted Zones
